My super quick, gluten-free, vegan chocolate chip recipe:
Combine:
-2 bananas (mashed)
-1 apple (shredded)
-2/3 cup almond flour
-3/4 cup almond butter
-1 tablespoon cinnamon
-1/4 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
-Splash of coconut milk.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350. Makes a dozen cookies!
